Becca Irvin was born and raised in Tennessee where she studied ceramics and fine art. In addition to her BFA from East Tennessee State University, she also went on to receive a full scholarship to study ceramics in Tuscany, Italy at the Spannocchia Castello Institute in 2013 as well as accepted a residency at the Sanbao Ceramic International Art Institute where she produced and exhibited wares in Jingdezhen.
