If you are looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit or a different product. Refunds are in place for broken or damaged merchandise only.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- Returned postage is paid for by the customer
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
1. Send an email directly to email@example.com with your order number in the heading.
2. Write a brief message regarding reason for your exchange and what you are exchanging for (either store credit or a different product)
3. We will confirm your exchange via email
